This finger motion of the right hand beginning from 6.20, if i'm not mistaken it's rasguedo technique, how many stings i should touch doing this motion?

You are right it does rasguado...you should touch the exact number of strings as regular strumming...it depends on the chord...of course, if you touch more strings nothing bad will happen...
