Re Carey being funny, I guess that's subjective isn't it? He's not on my list of funniest comedians, but The Drew Carey Show had its moments. I should've listed Dennis Miller on my list instead of Carey, but of course you probably thought Miller was funny until you found out he's a conservative.

Re 24, perhaps you didn't watch or 'get' the show? It wasn't an endorsement of torture, per se. It presented the extremely complicated issue in such a way as to make people think.

Well, I don't know how much time you've spent listening to, or watching, Dennis Miller over the last several years, but it can't have been much. He, like nearly every other conservative pundit I know of (Hannity, Beck, Coulter, Limbaugh, O'Reilly, et al.) was highly critical of Bush on MANY issues (e.g., border security, federal spending, the Dubai Ports fiasco, etc.). You're simply wrong.

I still listen to his radio show and watch him on The Factor. Still witty as hell IMHO.

The comparisons of "funniness" with the Daily Show and Colbert are quite rich. This show was so unfunny that it could not make it even on a hard right, barely reality based "news" network with built in conservative bias, imagine its ratings on a comedy network.
