Ive seen this with english subtitle in dvd format...id say this movie is fairly decent..its basically about chinese immigrants going to japan to find a better life while having to deal with yakuza...a story of how jackie chan and his crew came from poor to owning their own territory..if this were to get a rating id say 8/10..not the best jackie chan movies (not much fighting from him) but he does play a good role in the movie.
