Maybe the characters themselves are cheap with cheap moves but my arguement is that the game is not. Every character also has moves that can counter cheap moves and methods. Like E. Honda , it's hard to land meaty attacks on him because he can reversal butt slam out of it. So while the characters may be cheap it's always possible to get out of the corner and back on the offense. It all depends on the skill of the player which is why this game isn't cheap. The point is to do what's necessary btw
