@lindelocks Thank you for your question! I think I understand what you are asking but not 100% sure... So there are several different types of shrimp sushi - one type is the boiled style which we show how to cook the shrimp for here. Another type is the "raw" style I believe you are referring to, and that is not what we are demostrating here. Does that answer what you were asking?
Thanks for this =] but the shrimp looked like it was boiled before aswell. Isn't prawn sushi meant to be slightly less cooked?
