  • @maskedphrogg You are right - regardless of the party - you can count on the president to be pro-Monsanto, pro-bitoech, pro-bigAg. Europe is awake to the dangers of genetic engineering - India is waking up. The USA is totally asleep.

I voted for Obama, but now I see he is not for the people - he is for Monsanto. Wiki Monsanto - reads more like a rap sheet. You trust them to genetically "morph" the food you eat? Wake up!!

  • Must not have remained bi-partisan for long.

    Only 4mins?

Did it get ugly right away?

  • Transfer of wealth and transfer of health Power from masses to total asses. Taxed on your breath from cradle to grave Taxcheats Geithner and Rangel have the best cave. IRS will ransack your home Bullets for healthcare that you dont own. Dont have the facts but calls the cops racist Obama speak is totally baseless. His moving lips lie behind the teleprompter Soros and BO should go before Judge Wapner. Wars, economy have no controls Obama runs the country as good as he bowls.
  • Bet you 10 to 1 the next supreme court justice is pro-biotech supporter and Monsanto guy (like C.Thomas).

  • @xiphias9

You would get that regardless of the Party in Office.

  • I voted for Obama. Now I see he's another "Monsanto" man, just like Bush. One day we will have a "man of the people" in the whitehouse. I hope I live to see that day. While his administration is trying to push Monsanto's genetically modified seeds on the rest of the world, is his family eating that GMO stuff? Would be interesting to know.

  • @7Trend

It's impossible to avoid. The problem with GMO crops is they infect the environment. The seeds and pollen are carried outside of the fields the crops are grown in by air currents. eg. the wind. There is no reputable test to filter plants on, to test whether they are contaminated with the presence of GMO elements. One can only reasonably assume at least part of any agricultural product is GMO derived. The cat is already out of the bag. The genie released. We can only slow the spread now.

  • Don't worry I'm sure you will find a more liberal judge than Stevens and it will be a emergency that he or she must be comfirmed right now!

  • I say, lets get rid of the party system, and acknowledge that America is a true Democracy, and vote for PEOPLE who run for office, who in sense would all be Democrats. Let the Republicans move to Russia if they don't like it. This country will never be a republic. And why Socialism? This is a Democracy. Socialism doesn't belong in the great U.S.A. "Life, liberty, the pursuit of happiness". Freedom. That's Democracy.

  • @AmericanOriginals ... Actually the Republic we have in America is much different than Russia's. It's a mix and match kinda world. England has a Monarch but also it's people are represented by people they vote for in a democratic manner. So to go straight to the absolute would be a mistake.

  • Why not have sub-categories to the Democratic party, so that we can be a true Democracy, with more than one Democratic candidate to choose from at election time. Rather than what would look like a nation torn between being a Republic or a Democracy, by choosing between Republicans and Democrats. Easily, The United States of America IS a Democracy "Life, liberty, pursuit of happiness". The Tea Party group wants the U.S. to be a Republic, which would take away the Democrats.

  • @AmericanOriginals ... REPUBLIC: a state in which the supreme power rests in the body of citizens entitled to vote and is exercised by representatives chosen directly or indirectly by them.

DEMOCRACY: a government in which the supreme power is vested in the people and exercised by them directly or indirectly through a system of representation usually involving periodically held free elections

  • @AmericanOriginals ... look no further than the names of American political parties and how they loosely define their boundaries. If nothing else, the names "republican" and "democrat" may be considered to characterize a Republicans looser view of government and a Democrats centralized one. In a republic, people may vote for their representatives, but the states responsibilities are limited because they are clearly bound by a charter. (Constitution).

So the United States IS a Republic.

  • @joncmaxwell A republic is a country without a king!!! In USA, they had this war that ended in 1776 ...

In theory, democratic means government by the ppl. owever, communist countries were called democratic republic of ... Soviet Socialist Democratic Republic. Lincoln was a centrist republican lol.

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... however it all depends on the constitution and the power it grants and limits to the government. When the founders wrote ours, they limited the government for fear that they would once again try and run the people's everyday lives. The constitution is what defines a republic.

  • @joncmaxwell ...and lo and behold, here's the government running our everyday lives. I mean crikey, you can't even have a garage sale around my town without paying the city to have one.

  • @truevoiceofsanity

What kind of hogwash "ended in 1776?"

The war for independence BEGAN with a Declaration of Independence. Some like to claim a nation was born on that day. That Nation did not have a formal government until 1787 when the ratification of a Constitution binding the 13 States began. This government did not begin operations until Mar 1789 and did not even at that time include all 13 States. Notably absent were NCarolina and Rhode Island. RI did not ratify until > yr later.

  • @AmericanOriginals ... So technically the only difference is how the two parties view the government and how much they want the government to control. The founders wrote the Constitution allowing LITTLE power to the government. Franklin said, "We have given you a Republic, if you can keep it". The Pledge of Allegiance says, "and to the Republic for which it stands".

  • @AmericanOriginals Form a new party? The problem is Americans, not the amerian system.

Ever heard of the whigs? Other parties existed .... (Some minor ones exist.)

  • In America, when it comes to Reproductive Rights for Women, They fall into the same catigory as, (1) Pets (2) Zoo Animals and (3) Chattel and Live Stock.

None of the before mentioned have control over their RIGHT TO REPRODUCE.

A stray Cat or Dog has more Reproductive Rights than an American Woman.

    Something to think about.

  • too many "eer"s mr. obama!!!

  • Honestly Obama sounded as if he was coming up with shit to say to the press off the top of his head. That's a knock against the President, thats just how it looked if you ask me.

  • he says "uhh" a lot during this video. I can't stop hearing them now!!

  • Obama is the man.... I wonder if hes always so formal.... It would be a boring job if he is... These questions are funny.... Did he think hed be answering questions like this 20 years ago.... Whats your position on nuclear rights? Whats your position on womens rights?.... lol Your a smart cat Obama ... It would be nice to cut the shit, and just drink a beer with you

  • @Libdump Are you simple, slow or stupid?

  • @KravistDillonT

You could only call Libdump slow if he attempted to choke the Kenyan Prince

    and missed.

And you certainly can't label the man stupid. This Kenyan Prince needs to be stopped before he damages the nation beyond repair.

  • @maskedphrogg I wouldn't hardly call his comment on the official White House channel an intelligent thing to say, no matter how he feels. Nor yours.

  • It is about time that President Obama and Congress did a public education stimulous package!!!! It seems, our federal government is blind to the fact that thousands of teachers nationwide are going to be laid off due to financial shortfalls!! Above all else, we need not let our pubic schools succombe to failure!!!!

  • @groundhog2008 When a you going to tell people you want to kill all Christians and Jews?

  • @groundhog2008

Let me dumb this down for ya

Wot fer? It not be like grounhawg gun b goin class

grounhawg be dang nere da bestist smahtist beef joiky goin

Translation1: education package would go unused when those it intends to benefit the most ignore it

    Translation2: The DOE is already a demonstrable failure. Exhibit A --> Groundhog2008

  • I AM YOUR ARM! I AM YOUR VOICE! I AM BECAUSE OF YOU PRESIDENT OBAMA! ALL HAIL OBAMA! ALL HAIL OBAMA! ALL HAIL OBAMA! :-) Have The Best Day Ever!

  • great Obama!!!!

  • what are these idiotic puppets up to now..

  • looks like he's stackin' the court

  • Choose from the left Mr. President. Don't let them persuade you otherwise.

  • @WorldIslamicOrder one day old fetus isn;t a baby.

  • How about a Secular Humanist judge? Isn't the court stacked with mostly catholics?

  • no. no more bipartisan. just get shit done

  • Look at biden, so calm.....

...I guess this is no fucking big deal......

  • The republicans are incapable of bipartisan cooperation; they will ensure that nobody gets appointed

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... and the democrats are? Since when has the Left taken any Right ideas into consideration?

  • @joncmaxwell The democrats co-operated far more with Bush than what republicans are doing now. The democrats let Bush get 100 judges through, didn't they. To be honest, the democrats are not the "left". They are the "center" and the "weak left". The real left in the USA would be the green party. Obviously, few take the gp seriously.

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... they cooperated with Bush because they knew he was self destructing and they could use that for political gain. But we right-wingers don't have to cooperate for the liberals to destroy themselves, Pelosi is doing all that for them.

PS. I hated Bush. I was just as outraged at him as I am this administration. The Bush tactic does not work on me. Try another approach at battling my logic. (ready insults... and GO)

  • @joncmaxwell That's an odd theory. Wouldn't it make more sense to say they co-operated with Bush because they actually cared about getting things done for the good of their country? I mean, isn't that the reason to go into politics?

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... it's the reason to get into politics but when they actually GET IN politics it's a different story. That's common knowledge. They're a bunch of lawyers who think only about themselves and their pocket books.

  • @joncmaxwell im sure some of them are there for other reasons. the problem is that the honest ones get screwed by the dishonest ones

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... AND it's not the only reason they get into politics either.

  • @joncmaxwell Sadly I know this. :(. Greedy f*king bastards ... That last comment isn't only directed at members of either party.

  • @truevoiceofsanity ... yes it is BOTH parties. I just want someone to run and actually see the corruption and stay away from it. Is that really tooo much to ask?

  • @truevoiceofsanity

    Right

Continuing and magnifying the Bush Doctrine is opposition to it.

You really ought to get out more often. Grab a newspaper, and read it.

At least the Sunday paper since your obviously unwilling to keep up with current events on a daily basis.

  • @maskedphrogg Its true that democrats voted to invade Iraq and thus supported the Bush doctrine by doing this, based on "WMDs". I've not denied this. However, them doing so, involved a perceived threat to U.S. interests. Iraq was perceived as a hostile, unstable, and aggressive. I can't see any evidence of "magnifying" said doctrine, by either party. (Well, McCain wants to invade Iran).

The use of sanctions has tons of precedents.

  • @truevoiceofsanity

No, not just Dems THIS Dem in particular. But that is not the point and you know it. As Pres, Obama has done nothing to change the course of Policy implemented by the WH. Not only did he not withdraw troops, he expanded on the neo-con drive to expand the war effort in the ME.

Funny how you ignore his first SC nomination. Sotomayor turns out to be the far right Justice the neo-cons have no problem with.

Besides being stuck in 2007, is there any recent event you care 2 discuss?

  • @maskedphrogg Once the cat is out of the bag and a country is in a virtual state of anarchy, its a very different situation than unilaterally declaring war without cause. Its not obvious to me whether its better for the people of Iraq for the US to leave (and allow them to continue to kill each other) or stay (and draw some ppl out to kill the "invaders".)

  • @maskedphrogg part 2:

Obama is reducing the troop count in Iraq but moving them to Afganistan. The sanctions against Iran he is doing are happening now, as we speak. Any president would have done that. Afg. isn't in the middle east; it is in Eurasia.

  • @truevoiceofsanity

How odd. Last time I looked at a map Afghanistan was separated from Iraq by Iran.

Has there been some geophysical land mass changes in that region of the globe recently? Having a difficult time finding any discussion of it.

So do you support moving US troops into a region btwn two theaters of war where engagement w/multiple sources of enemy already occur? I'd be looking to ally w/Iran not make current opponent goals easier. Why would you support sandwiching troops like that?

  • great work president obama*******

  • Mr. President, the end of his term is death. Supreme Court Justice's terms are lifelong. So he can really retire at anytime since his term never ends. But that's ok, I understand you are very inexperienced and I forgive you.

  • @joncmaxwell - LOL....a YouTube Teabagger thinks he knows more about the Constitution than a Professor in Constitutional Law??? Weepin' laughing here!!!!!!! Thanks for the fun Teabagger, I never knew so much humor could be found in a trailer park. Kisses.

  • @AsparagusJam Obama wasn't really a professor of constitutional law was he? He doesn't have a phd. He taught it for 12 years but is that the same thing?

  • @truevoiceofsanity

    Fix your nym

    being that you are a

    true voice of idiocy

A Phd is not a requirement to teach

Not having attended University we shouldn't be surprised at your ignorance of this simple fact

  • @AsparagusJam ...considering the fact that I'm reading if everyday watching in real time what Obama is doing wrong, then yes, me, the Tea Bagger of every liberal in the United States of America, does in fact know more about the constitution than Obama.

  • @joncmaxwell, That's the same with Bush's, as long as Scalia doesn't die or retire, the 5 conserative justices can do whatever they want and vote however they want. The same goes with Obama, he has 2 and probably 3 if Ginsburg retires that can be on the court for 20 plus years. I were Obama I choose someone in there early 50's whose male because most of the time they stay a long time. That's just on the apperance on the outside.
