English words attempt poorly to convey a meaning, sometimes changed by someone important, that often has nothing to do with the original word from other languages. There are many words in many languages to describe a "witch" and most of them are not negative words by the way.

I love this. Some of the info is a bit dated, but it was still very well done. I also LOVE that Angelica Houston narrated it. I love her voice, and I have always suspected she is a bit witchy...and really after seeing her in the Mists of Avalon movie, I feel it even more, she just exudes Goddess energy to me

People get a comfortable way of worship that defines them and she gets her money. I didn't like Zsuzsanna Budapest, however I'm Hungarian (she is hungarian). She is ... dummy about the occult things. For example, when she was in Hungary, she didn't know what is a grimoire.

Aye, that's true. Although many Druids do view it as the new year although really its looked as a circle....I (along with those of a diffrent point of view) see Imbolc as the new year. Also unlike Wicca Samhain is not more imporant than any other Fire Festival. Its as equal as the other three and all four give balance.
