Actually, groupbuddy, that information is not accurate. Interesting that this was just posted as I was reviewing this video with someone today for the first time in many months.
The specific kitchen area, counting the hallway/aisle that bisects the full length of the flat, past the kitchen counter, is 170 sf, without the hall (kitchen proper) it is 119 sf. Not small when compared to a studio apartment kitchen, but small compared to the average American kitchen, considering what it includes!
Wow, that is such as small place. This is why i don't live up north. My kitchen is at least 3 times that size. I am sure I paid about 1/2 what they did, and I have my own pool, a 2 car detached garage, gated neighborhood, I live in the 4th largest city in the US, no state tax, and the ocean is here. Enjoy your steal box!!
