  • um i just in typed my name and clicked the first thing that popped up :P

  • Those are some really beautiful macarons!

  • Oh, please, don't call macarron a cookie. It is much more than that. American cookies (and cuisine in general) is extremely poor to be compared in any way to the French tradition.

  • I love french cooking. would you please give me a traditional recipe of french macaron? i live in north america i'm not sure if we have the good french ingredients here.

  • @AndreaSPitaim - so rude!

  • @AndreaSPitaim I agree. American cookies are garbage!

  • @AndreaSPitaim You know it is by definition a cookie- and since American cooking is a combination of all cultures' cuisines, that includes french- I'll agree it's less refined than many others, but take one visit to New York or New Orleans and tell me that it's extremely poor.

  • @AndreaSPitaim of course your right american cuising is usually filled with grease, fat and is a very poor imitation of other countries' food

  • Nice work, we liked your video very much so we embedded it on ChefCommons w/ link back and reference to Youtube. (Let us know if you don't wish for it to be featured)
