Michael Franks not only has a Phd in music, but he has a Phd in his style of sound mainly because he is smoother than Mose, and mellower than Jimmy Buffett. One of my number one deliverers of vocal instrumentation and creative interpretation. I didn't know he played the git-fiddle, as well.
