The Pseudo-Alien with the British Accent is Professor Snape from Harry Potter.

The blond woman is Ripley (the protagonist) from Alien.

The Engineer is Monk.

The Black Guy is Chill in House Party.

This is all with the exception of the guy with the mustache played as the Child Murderer in the Green Mile. He is a minor actor playing as a minor actor.
