awww, no Mad Dog 357 Silver Collector's Edition? I thought every pepperhead had that in their collection. I just ordered a bottle last night on ebay, really eager to try it, I used to love the original Mad Dog wings sauce but it was only 150,000 scoville, same rating as Quaker Steak and Lube's Supercharged (formerly Suicide) Sauce.

I have 2 bottles. It will drip off of the glass pippette that it comes with. It does not drip straight out of the bottle unless you live in a house/apartment that has the thermostat set at 75 + degrees. Dip shit.

You said "the smaller the pepper the hotter it is" Which is wrong. The Naga Jolokia pepper is a pretty good sized pepper and it's the hottest in the world.

My bottle of black mamba has lasted me quite a while you only need a lil to heat up a lot.

the frostbite is hot if you shake it you notice the cap crystals floating it was originaly rated at a million scu but was toned down, it is best used in heating up a beverage, i have a bottle of it too, plus Blairs sauces and a couple Mad Dog's my hottest is Blairs am reserve rated at 2,000,000 scu

There are no legally enforceable standards in the hot sauce industry so these manufacturers manipulate their heat ratings. What I call the floating extract sauces like Frostbite and Magma give their rating for that capsaicin floating around alone. But when you shake it up it is suddenly diluted ten times or more and the rating would drop to a tenth. So to actually have the heat ratings of those you would have to isolate and dump out the diluting material and consume the capsicum alone.

i cant taste tabasco anymore,those are some seriuos sauces,my hottest is nothing beyond z says its 4 million but i find the maddog 357 is hotter,a long hot, have a look at hmegrownchilliuk for some good reviews

your not suposed to shake the magma, just flip it upsidedown and the black will slowly float to the top and look like a lava lamp. also blak mamba does have extracts in it, bowlingfreak dont know what he is talking about.

ok. i own black mamba. its rated at 2.2 million scovilles.... BUT.. it is not an extract sauce and is natural. becaus eof this it feels more like around 150,000 . trust me it is amazing. open it.
