Sweet coupe! I must say some of these young guys are stupid. Then again i'm glad they drive imports and leave the real men cars to us. I love muscle cars and hot rods I don't plan on owning an import any time soon. I'm 19 now but i bought my 69' roadrunner 440 last year everyone at school thought it was the most bad ass car and every ricer thought he had to prove himself by speeding off in front of me while i sit there and laugh my ass off at how stupid he looks.

Ford has garbage for interchange.Most of the interchange is one year only for Ford.Have looked up Ford transmissions in the interchange book Hollander and show one year only.Ford does everything the hard way too.Ford needs to switch to torque conveter bolts instead of the studs.The studs are a real PITA to line up.With a Chevy,parts interchange easy.Ford is another story.Most parts stores need to know if the transmission is an auto or manual to get a starter for a Ford.

OH MY GOD!!!!! You mean its not the same starter for all Fords since the model T? I've spent time in junkyards getting parts as a kid so my vehicles would run. Many ford parts interchange. Put some Cleveland heads on a small block. So...will 454 heads go on a 350? They must right?

@NeilLB7 actually hes right...i worked for Ford in the parts department and yes some of them are different based on the transmission. stupid? yes but a lot of things ford are stupid...did you know that there are actually 2 different lines of Ford parts? motorcraft and ford BOTH are just ford lines of parts. there are alot of stupid ass ford things.

In 1966 one of the car mags, Car Craft I think took a B body mopar auto 3.23 gears with a hemi and a nova with a L -79 327 4 speed 4.11 gears. They did a few mods to both. The nova was faster. Since the hemi was called an elephant motor and elephants are scared of mice. They called the chevy small block a mouse motor.Then starting calling the big block chevy a rat motor

So here's your hot rod 101 tutorial for the day kiddos: the "rat" in this video refers to the big-block Chevy powerplant. It's not referring to anything that has to do with a rat rod, which this car most definitely is not. As an additional FYI, a "mouse" motor is a small-block Chevy. Now you can go back to your 24" rims, APC ground effects, and junkyard turbos.
