I think humans are monsters at the best of times and hate people who think that when aliens do reveal themsevles it will be for some massive war that will end in the extermination of our race. What is so bad about thinking that aliens are just observing us and perhaps even want to help us? The "hover" effect is caused by them pulling their chutes and decreasing their rate of decent. If you look at the one in the bottom right you can see it still has a tail. This is proven and there are numerous clips here on youtube of night skydiving showing the same effect. As I have said numerous times UFO's ARE real. But these ones are not.
