Wow, I had this problem with my squash and seen this bug. I had all these symptoms. I found the BT powder a little too late. This video should win an award for being so exact, easy to follow and extremely informative. You sure have a great sense of awesome video editing and content. Ok I am thinking shooting up my plant with BT solution with perhaps an hyperdermic needle giving that worm some BT to chew on. Great video, thanks.

That's what happened to my squash plants this year and they are in containers on the back deck. I think I got three squash this year. :(
