As much as I LOVE The Hills... I can't help but believe that this is ALL FAKE! I mean they make this trailer look like it's supposed to by a t sitcom, not a reality show. Like it's Gossip Girl or 90210. This has to be scripted dude. Mann and I really loved this show:( oh well... (I'm still gonna watch it!)

Do you know what a sitcom is 3gyptian? Sitcom= Situation comedy. The Hills certainly isn't a sitcom, nor has it ever been edited to look like one.

I think you meant to say "soap opera." And of course their going to make it look that way... That have to tell a story... I mean... duh. And the show has always been edited to look like an actual TV show, but it isn't scripted, just shot with high quality film and aired with only dramatic footage. Nothing new. Been that was since Laguna Beach.

It's my own opinion and many other's as well that love or hate this show to believe it real or fake. I already knew that they filmed it this way ok, your not telling me anything new. This trailer just makes the show look completely fake! It's like they just say it's real to get more viewers.

maybe so .obviously the crap they say is far to uninteresting to be scripted but they have admitted that the bosses give them subjects to talk about and then they have to improvise....which means it IS fake.

and the 'it's not scripted' line is ALWAYS something the cast have to say to avoid saying the truth

When they are given subjects to talk about, their not "improvising"... which means it ISN'T fake. The producers tell them things like "Talk about what you did last night." The cast will then talk about it, not "improvise".

Yeah I feel the same, watching in the UK it does tell us that some of the scenes have been created for entertainment purposes so it can't all be real, but I will still watch and still be sucked into it lol
