Can you show us how to play "Sex on Fire" by Kings of Leon? I got the beginning but its hard to get the rest. I know it starts at the 5th and 6th string at the 16th fret. Bounce from 5th and 6th strings. 6th string open, hit 5th at 16th fret once then move to 14th fret on 5th string and bounce from 5th to 6th 3 times then again a couple of times.

@XINFATUATIONXx I don't know about not muting it and getting that muted tone, but before I figured out how to mute I used to fold a cut bandana really skinny and stick it against the bridge.

@XINFATUATIONXx dont use a bandana >_> just tune down your guitar to D tuning, and tune the chords 1 up with a bar. Remember you just have to play the first 4 strings so the c is not hard at all. et voila, you mute using your barred finger.

@uorulezz I noticed the same thing. It is definitely not Am9, which would include the minor seventh as well. It's not Asus2 either, because she seems to play only the A, D and G-String and therefore the open b is missing, which would make it Asus2. It's just an A Power Chord (A5 = A+E).

@HoG1010 Well, if you get a classical acoustic, then the fretboard will be wider. But a regular acoustic is around the same size as the average electric guitar.
