Save yourself the money! I have an old Mag light and I bought the LED upgrade for less then $40 (Canadian).

It is an official upgrade and does not void the warranty of your flashlight/ Torch (that's what the instructions said, I didn't know I had a warranty).

The LED is super bright, and it saves the amount of Batteries you go through--I've been using the same 3 D-cells for 2 years now and the light is still super bright!
