I saw these guys around the time this video was on MTV, at a free concert in Cherokee Park (Louisville). They sucked. Their whole set was a bunch of feedback of the unintended variety. Also on that bill: The Ass Ponys, Throwing Muses, local band Starbilly (who were the best band there), and Bush headlined.

Everyone I know or knew including myself who made the move from Detroit to California almost all came back. It was impossible to get a job because so many people that take jobs there soon after moving, ended up moving back home. Played in bands, met some freaks, experienced an earthquake and went home.
