  • I was searching for this original song for a while Last I listen to it was when I was a very young child about 45 yrs ago along with my now diseased parents. Thank You Soooo much for uploading. It brings back lot of wonderful memories.

  • yes I do remember it and it was sung both by chitalkar and lata mangeshkar in the film "albela" in the year 1951 and you will find it in youtube.....

  • This was the lullaby my dad used to sing to my aunt when she was young and when I was born he used to sing to me. On Feb 23rd he died and now all I have is his memories. May his soul rests in eternal peace!

  • An eternal lori. It will never fail to bring a love-filled smile to parents and young children when listening together. To the parents it might even bring sweet tears as they try to put their beloved bundles of joy to bed. It certainly did to me as I sometimes tried to sing this lori to my baby girl decades ago. Just priceless. No need to say more. Thanks again.
