Wow, I've been listening to Blink for 13 years now and have never read the lyrics to this song before right now. One of Blink's more personal songs, I like it.

Though the "can't say I miss him around," seems like a dig.

And for the record, Scott and Travis should never be compared. They both made different music with the same two guys. That'd be like comparing Dave Mustaine to Kirk Hammet. Different musicians, different music.

Scott left for two reasons his drinking and went to college cuz he didn't think blink 182 was going anywhere, an anyone who has listened to blinks first albums they have heard him, You can tell. Compared to travis. Scott sucks. as with most drummers of punk rock if you were to compare.

"Dammit" isn't even one of his faster songs, and when travis plays it, he actually adds about twice the substance. playing a simple rythm fast doesn't make you a good drummer, or musically inclined. I appreciate what he did for the band, but there just isn't anything special about his drumming. a ton of other punk drummers play just as fast, but add more than one rythm w/ the same 32nd fill every break..plus they're bassing is cleaner.
