  • This is the Enterprise as it should have been in the new movie. Period.

  • are these movies out in the cinema?

  • I don't know if anyone missed this in the new movie, but I'm going to clear this up right now. IT IS AN ALTERNATE TIMELINE AND REALITY. IT IS NOT A REMAKE IT IS PRACTICALY ANOTHER SPIN OFF. Didn't anyone listen to Spock when he talked about Nero changing the timeline? I loved JJ Abrams' Star Trek.

P.S this ship looks damn cool.

  • that is really cool.

  • I don't care what anyone says about the original Enterprise design. It is NOT "timeless," either externally or internally. It looks VERY much like it was designed in the 1960s. The color palette, model complexity & shapes and set design are from that decade.

  • wow

  • OMG! SO COOL! I WANT IT

  • please take it out to the star fleet gunnery range to be used for target practice. This thing should be scrapped for trying to impersonate a federation starship.

  • @woofdogmeow

Oi! Don't dis the enterprise! It certainly looks more like the TOS ship than the one from the JJ movie.

Don't get me wrong, the JJprise is a neat looking ship, but it looks nothing like the enterprise we all know and love.

  • @CaptainPositron That's not even remotely close to true, though - there are differences, sure, but there are major, obvious design similarities. I think that the "problem" a lot of people have is that rather than a simple refresh of the Enterprise designed in the 1960s, the new one looks like an Enterprise designed in the 2000s.

  • @Maupin001

Not major or obvious enough. The JJprise looks like a flying ipod with ridiculous blowup nacelles. Close but no cigar. The point I was making was that the Keonerprise shouldn't be dismissed so quickly.

  • @Maupin001 No, the '09 Enterprise, to me, screams Enterprise-F.

    Interpretation is open.

  • looks more like the tos enterprise

  • I like it better than the 2009 movie's Enterprise.

  • its not the connie its a cocept art for the constilation mark 2 was going to be used in the star trek online

  • half your vid is black screen! and you promote it as new ships but show the connie whats up with that?

  • thats what the enterprise would look like in real life

  • that looks so real

  • Copied or not, or whatever, it's still better than the Abram's version.

  • @ncc1954 nah i liked the design the coulour and the sauser section kinda made me feel asif the ship could be real unlike most federation vessles the ship was more based around real ship design and i realy like the aspect of the design but i do get that it did looked a bit weird

  • I do like this design, but i am on the not so keen side because i think it looks too military, it looks like it should be in the parallel universe like we see in Star Trek Enterprise, in other words it looks too much like a warship rather than an exploratory vessel!!

  • very ugly design. Looks clunky and a bit like a child's toy

  • um dudes this guy copied anoter persons video of this

ive seen the whole thing and this is just like an edited ver of that video

  • I guess this design is something you either really love or really hate. I'm on the hate side.

I think mainly the nacelles and pylons have a sort of chunky look to them that ought to be fixed.

After seeing it a couple of times, I think that there is actually not much that is especially bad about the design - it just is different from the original, which is actually why I don't like it.

  • NERO IS THE CAPTAIN of the romulan ship that went back in time. I can't remember the ships name.

  • Narada

  • @karkrashinc

    The Narada

  • See Avereis, you were wrong all along! HA! What a stupid dip!

  • what the hell was that stupid shit?

  • GREAT MODEL This is what the movie version should be,not that dumb ship.

  • BEAUTIFUL design!

  • Im pretty certain i've seen this somewhere else, the ship is for star trek xi

  • Gabe Kroener's design pictured here is not in the movie. This has been around before. It's a very talented fan's interpretation. His name is Gabe. He was in Trekkies and Trekkies 2. The ship wasn't.

  • Beautiful I really hope this or something like it makes it into the new film. This is what Trek needs something fresh and new with a bit of grit to it I know Star Threk is about good guys but it needs to have more of an edge. As much as I love Trek it just doesnt hold as a drama to Gallactica or Stargate

  • Stargate? Seriously? That thing is so cheesy it's horrific. I will give you that BSG is pretty intense though.

However, I'm expecting this will be just another shoot-em-up star trek. They've forgotten that it's about the people and the feeling of exploration. It was a story about humanity, reflected through other races. Today's writers don't get it.

  • That looks absolutely fantastic. Really loving the look of that design. Is it the real redesign? And if so where did you get it?

Either way, since they're redoing the ship for the new movie, I hope this is more along the lines of where they're going with it.

    Very cool indeed.

  • SWEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEET!

  • fantastic!!! perfect!!! modern!!! more!!!*****

  • Modern?!?!?! if you want a modern Enterprise they should make a new trek years after VOY and DS9 not try to redesign a classic thats trying to pass off a modern mustang as the original 65 ITS not
