it's 2 clifts inside a crater. the white power soil on top is from all of the meterorite slamming into the moon and kicking up talcum powder size dust. its all over the moon and it is why the moon reflects so britely.
everyone, look at the image of the crator again, but not at the two shapes in the middle, look at the wall of the crater to the right of the shapes, i think you will find it most interresting, o yes, found it well looking at google moon, a must see before they blur it out again

A cloud on the moon? Clouds can't form where there is no atmosphere. It can't be a could, the moon has no atmosphere.
