In my experience, the absolute worse experience with racism towards black people and Blasians (= my MSc research) that I have encountered and seen was in Asia. It's western society that labelled minorities as black, latino, asian etc. Thirdly, the concept of race is a socially constructed one, there is no genetic evidence for race. Most of the "racial" differences are cultural differences, and even that get's blurry. Race is an outdated term.
