  • Hey bro what about sets and reps pls advice.........and you look awesome too so no doubt about that....

  • best exercise for forearm

    -wank alot

  • i jack off

  • yay

  • whoa nice forearm dude

  • i like these 2 exercises, thanks bro!

  • Thank you! I am 16, and apparently I don't masturbate enough, because I have 15 inch upper arms, and tiny ass forearms. So, off to masturbate, and do these workouts.

  • ive been going to the gym for 7-8 months and ive improved in size everywhere else and yet my forearms still look bloody withered haha. im seriously considering doing like a day a week just on forearms because its beginning to piss me off, any suggestions?

  • @Cesc4Legend - work bi's and forearms then a couple days later work either back and forearms or tri's and forearms, learn from my experience wrist curls are just for warm up, get them pumped up full of blood then do farmers walks heavy as you can go 100 pound dumbells, watch tv to take your mind off it for 5-10 minutes.

  • good vid. thx.

  • nice vid

  • Hm, interesting. I'm going to give this a try when I go to the gym in 5 mins. I have brachial plexus in my right arm from birth and it's hard for me to develop that side and my forearms. This should help me out with developing muscle their.

  • rule number one to be a good fighter u must b willing to fight ur opponent the higher ur will combined wif the right techniques makes u a good fighter.. If u break the person's will to fight its the same as breaking him physically..

  • @crljohn94 cool.......but that has nothing to do with this vid lol

  • THIS LITTLE SISSY NEED SOME ROIDS THIS IS A QUEER ,SIDEWARD HE LOOKS

    LIKE A MIDGET

  • @MrGeorgeda123 hed kick ur ass kid

  • Thanks dude

  • AY PUTO...COMO LOS TIENES MUY GRANDES!

  • thank you, this is really good, especially the second one.

  • thinks for showing me that i will be trying it

  • Bad sound. Wear a mic.

  • did anyone notice his forehead started changing colors at about 2:04

  • @haro19961 - Thank you bro, WTH did he say at 2:04? it started off good, "if your going for mass, blah blum thim thumb blum"............that was like the most important part!

  • Dude got some nice arms.

  • How long should you do this? And how often should you do this exercise?

  • hey

i want anyone to tell me if Creatine supplements are with illeffects or not

    PLEEEEEEEEEEASE ANSWER

  • dude you talk too much

  • can you masturbate for forearms?

  • @rockardross thats the stupidest question ... can you fuck for buttocks muscles? yes, any physical activity with your muscles works them out

  • would this work good if u used like a chair and move ur wrist up and down like the guy sais in the vid

  • @turfdancer78 yep it does thats what i used to do before i went to the gym it works just the same

  • its weird...on my left forarm, the bottom part (palm down i guess) gets worked out while on my right, its the opposite.

  • is it true.. that smaller guys can get big faster? because tall guys got longer muscles and it takes more time to train ?

  • @TheHighVic

in a way that is true, people taller, since their muscles are spread out, they may have to work harder then if you were shorter, but if a tall person and a short person did the same exercises, but the shorter guy was bigger, you guys may have to same strength.

  • @khaalid110 That taller guy would also have limb length against him requiring more torque from the muscles.

  • Thanks.

  • hey,im a guy who works out regularly 5 days a week routine.i do forearms after my biceps, but i dont seem to have any visible veins which i think make the forearms look better also i have a very small wrist..any advice on both these??

  • Thanks for the tips man. I've been doing 20's for a few days and I'm thinking about trying 25's. Just barely getting into working out and so far it feels bad-ass after the first 10 days, you feel no pain after that, only improvement!

  • i am faster, i could kick anyones ass and can endure more than anyone ever and i have the potential to become stronger than anyone ever

  • @terrapatra Good for you! Train harder.

  • @restlesspride666 yeah i am the best at running and lifting and fighting but not soccer and football and hocky because those dont just take raw speed AND STRENGTH you gotta have some skills which i wont get because im too good for that

  • this is good for arm wrestling right?

  • @iTooGodly Its actually good for punching :]

  • can whey protein replace my meal? substitute for a meal? somebody thanks

  • @GsxRaider I know it sucks Whey Protein has so much calories and sugar but no u cant replace for a meal. Whey protein is not slim fast. You drink after ur workout. Wait about 45minutes then eat lunch, dinner etc.

  • @ILUVJEZUZ94 is it possible to bulk even without those whey shakes? protein supplements? by juz lifting and eating natural protein foods such as fish meat egg beans? thanks 4 d help.

  • @GsxRaider no you can't. You need to buy steroids if you ever want to be buff in your life!

  • @LethalSystem in fighting sports such as boxing, mma or like in the UFC,is it legal or are fighters prohibited from using steroids?

  • Good vid man, I like a simple technique

  • I don't like his arm muscle... it looks fat!

  • How long will they take to show some results?

  • 6-8 for mass on forearms ?!?! thats false info! your forearms are different to other muscles because they are used so much in everyday life, the rep range to get the forearms muscles stimulated is more because of this. Rep range is a minimum of 20 and trust me i know it works and you people will get better results!

  • wow hes good thnx man =0 =)

  • cheers mann does anyone know if working on arms and chest everyday works or not?

  • hey bro i got 4 kg dumbell how many reps u think i should do and sets ? thanks mate nice video ;)

  • @xboxnitrogen well it depends on your strength.. but take about 30 reps on each arm and do 3 sets of it! .. 30 x 3! on each arm! you might wanna work up to 7-8kg! im not strong, but i use them myself.. and i put 15/20 reps .. 3 sets!

  • @TheHighVic how often do you do that? I really want popeye forearms as soon as possible

  • thanks man

  • Thanks

  • tnx man.

  • tnx man.

  • who cares if he's short, he'll kick 9/10 of ur guys azzes, then what?

  • @danielwcas just cause he workes out dosent mean he can kick out fighting and working out are 2 differant things

  • @danielwcas right on!

  • @danielwcas strengh is not the only thing that you need to kick someones ass idiot.

  • @Killaz7896 ask any MMA dude what they think about brute strength and how it works even when you're on the ground with a guy

  • @Killaz7896

u also need to know HOW to fight u queer-0-sexual!

  • @danielwcas Duhh -____-

  • @danielwcas lmao strength doesn't matter in fighting, Jiu Jitsu has proven that.

  • @danielwcas

the fact that he has muscles does not mean that he can kick anyone's ass actually. grow up kido.

  • @retardno002

well sir my other comment said u aslo need to know how to fight!

  • @danielwcas

well sir in that case I apologise.

  • @danielwcas

do you know this guy? does he study martial arts? it doesn't matter how much muscle you have. if you don't know how to fight you're fucked.

  • @HereToTroll, if u read my other replys to this video u wouldn't have posted this message good sir!

  • @danielwcas well hey, i guess im that 1/10 kinda guy

  • @ChiStriker hahahah fuckin loser.

  • @MatIbanez what

  • @danielwcas then he will still be short?

  • @danielwcas no he wouldnt. and there's no Z in ass

  • @danielwcas Just to let you know when someone is buff it dosent mean they know how to fight.

  • @danielwcas your probably right BUT i know the people on here are calling him short is because he's not showing up and close instructions that's why but im just saying don't take this as bitching okay? ....cool

  • @SKRiiLLa

    ok Kool..!

  • @danielwcas no offence but strength has nothing to do with how good of a fighter you are

  • @killerneon302 no but it helps

  • @StrideL46 not really. power comes from energy

  • @killerneon302 And energy comes from power.

  • @killerneon302 But strength plays a critical part for a fighter. Or else there wouldn't be any weight classes.

  • @danielwcas liked by 84 short people.

  • @danielwcas then what? then the 10th guy will kick yours :)

  • sick arms dude, ty for vid

  • if i work out my forearms will that make my vein show?

  • @SmallEyes3 veins it will help but if you really want veins the best way is to lower your body fat, watch nutrition and cardio

  • cool thanks

  • As gay or cliche as this will sound, thanks man! I had issues trying to figure out the forearms because I did not know what to properly do. I am lean and very fit, just I am tired of being called a toothpick, even though I can lift and carry about 200 lbs. Then again, I suppose that is in the back and legs. : / Anyways, thanks man!

  • how tall is that is he?

  • 3ft 6"

  • dam his a midgete

  • Theres are some good workouts, I'd do them once a week.

I know people say don't do forearm all the time, but I feel like the extra push has greatly improved strenght for my grip.

I usualy hit failure in my forearms than anywhere else when I work with a bar, not since I started working on them.

  • ive got a better work out i will post very soon

  • yikes! thats a killer nice vid man

i havent tried the first one yet but i tried the second one u demonstrated wen u keep ur arm straight, i did 12 kg im not sure if thats too much or not .. u tell me how much u fink is the sensible weight to do and if anyone is finkin wow this guy is weak he finds 12kg hard to do .. im only 15 guys (:

  • i ment to say hands not hangs

  • another way to work out your fourarms is to take a bar that is a good size to hold with bolth of your hangs then you take a string or w/e and tie it onto the bar and hang a weight off the bar and hold your arms straight out while holding the bar then twist the bar so that the weight comes up

  • @demon546789 idk about you, but i only have 2 arms. good luck working out your "fourarms" lulz

  • @demon546789 Wrong!!!

Another way to work out your forearms (not fourarms) is to hold two blond chicks in each hand and curl them around as such and that will work out your whole body and soul. bitch

  • @jordana8899 you try that at the gym...rape whistles ladies?

  • @demon546789 are you mentally challenged, or have you just never learned how to spell?

  • Thanks for the info, but how about next time you instruct people on how to use theirs hands during the routine, you ACTUALLY SHOW THE WHOLE HAND!!!!! Just saying.

  • nice arms

  • Help,this is my workout

    Tuesday, Thursday

5 sets 8 Reps, Chest Press on Machine , Champagnes, overhead, incline dumbbell fly variant, flat dumbbell twist flat press & fly, Shoulders on machine, dead lifts

I run it through a routine, about a minute rest then start the next set i'm trying to gain muscle and mass also add 20 pounds onto myself before next summer, I cut out my cardio, if anyone has any tips help me please, this workout gets me super tired, but i'm not sore, week 22

  • ill come back on this comment later

  • Dont understand why u would cut cardio if u want muscle keep ur cardio up remember the less body fat u have the easier it is to build muscle.

  • is this good for my tennis?

  • probably, i mean i know nothing about tennis but building muscle on forearm and arm in general will probably increase speed.

  • nice horse shoe

  • 2nd one once you do right hurts so good haha

  • i have big forearms in comparison to my biceps and triceps just through lifting free weights instead of using machines in the gym

  • No forearm extensor exercises... Levering, pinch lifting, and ripping are great for forearm, wrist, hand strength development.

  • Found the 1st excersise not much help, didnt do anything for me however might have done it wrong... but the second one really helped out, felt it yesterday at the gym

  • @118chris118 I agree. The first one didn't help out at all. Light or heavy weight.

  • yeah i tried the 1st and it was just all right, but the second one was a lot better ;)

  • Thanks for the vid

  • I did exercise number 2 before and my hands always cramp up. It sucks because it really does work it out but the second set is when I always cramp up..IDK why

  • My left wrist pops when i do the second type of exercise, it's not painful but it's loud. I can really feel the exercise working the muscle but i don't want to mess my wrist up so i don't work it too hard. IDK why it does that?

  • Yeah, that isn't normal, so I would stop doing that routine.

The routine that I !!LOVE!! and REALLY REALLY works in the reverse barbell roll (I think that's what it's called) You put the barbell behind your back and it's resting on your rear end and all you do is curl it back and forth. It's hard to explain but it's like the throttle on a motorcycle. It does the same thing the second workout he did, is suppose to do. Try that and see if it still pops and let me know if you understand or not

  • I love the reverse forearm curl as well. great mass builder

  • my wrist does almost the same thing only iit pops aand hurts and it is arthritus. if you have a checkup or another reason to see a docter ask the next time you go.

  • lifting more then you should mate.

  • he said "eat more greens." FTW!

  • 4arm one of the most important muscle groups in a fight whether striking grabbing or grappling. no matter how powerful ur shoulders, back and legs if the power u generate cannot be harnessed by ur wrist/4arm its diluted upon impact..the confidence u get in an confrontation when u can clench ur fist sooo hard u knw it will be devastating is the nicest feeling. Bruce lee was a 4arm fanatic trained it everyday constantly. read his book "the art of expressing the human body" whole section in 4arms

  • man i luv these workouts there so simple and give such a nice burn but you just have to be careful to not over do it

  • you forgot reverse curls!

and you didn't mention the risks of overtraining...

  • Actual video is poor. You can't even see the 2nd exercise- he needed to tilt the camera down

  • I think if you do curls the way he did in exercise 2, you don't need to do reverse curls because your arms are just hanging.

  • how often should i do these? every other day?

  • Wow, I've been slacking and it shows. Thanks.

  • my left is weaker than my right so i always do twice as much than my right with forearms is that bad???

  • Keep it the same.......do your left first as much as you can, then with your right arm to the same amount of reps you did with your left.

  • yes

  • lol how is he fat?

  • dude thank you! im big chest biceps shoulders but no forearm thanks alot

  • i agree with swaggalikeriz...i hate skinny forearms...the forearm muscle connected to the pinky is really weak for me, and so sometimes i get an imbalance when i'm working out my forearm. if i had bigger forearms, then i should be able to use more weight, correct? great vid =)

  • These are great exercises. I combine then with the sitting hammer curl and with a wrist roller. If you want a different way of exercising or don't have dumbells or barbell to train with, check out my channel. On there you'll find a video for your forarms, wrists and grib that REALLY WORKS!!! All you need is a chair and a towel!

  • Going to try these today.

  • man just eat healthy /work out normally and results will come quick/o and drink water

  • thanks for the vid.. i havent been working forearms but they are starting to look 'too small' with my big upper arm so thanks again.

  • so if i want heavy mass on my forarms how many reps should i do?, my arms are roughly 16" buh my forarms are not big enough to look gud with them, unlike many ppl who are blessed with gud forarms, mine are not so big(compared to my overall size) due to genetically my wrist being small, soo wah can i do to make my forarms gigantic??

  • i feel your pain man

  • thanks alot for making this video man..this is gonna help me alot..

  • good stuff but please speak up in your vids :) can barely hear you

  • I can gain muscle in my arms really easy for some reason. Its just hard to go to work and then get home and have the dedication to work out.lol

I try to work out as much as possible though. But not as often as I should. If I stuck with it I would be all kinds of cut up.

  • that's kinda the point??

  • Im lost.What is the point exactly?lol

  • Nice vid. Thanks!

  • these do not work ive done them and it does not do anything at all

  • it normaly takes 3-4 weeks for a workout to start showing results, forearms wokouts show very little results besides an increase in strength and a VERY small increase in size

  • i want gifted forearms...how does one know if you're gifted in that region?

  • No one's really gifted good muscles. Your're gifted with the will to get gifted muscles, It's really just a matter of dedication.

  • Not really. Some people have naturaly large forearms.

  • its very large, often larger then ur upper arms or similar to it, depends on the person's genetics of wrist, hands, and joint size. usually having larger wrsit, joints, hands and overall arm, will allow the forarms to grow very large compared to ppl with small hands, wrist, joint bones. lol similar to the pop eyes look!

  • that looks like a great workout.. ive been trying to find a workout for forearms that can work both the front and back... thanks a lot

  • rock climbing best forearm workout u can get

  • how many reps

  • works greatt

  • hey how many pounds is that?

  • i think the dumbell says 30

  • oo i thought it said 15..idk..lol

  • it looks like a 30

  • Woot, this workout is way better than wrist curls.

  • woot! Thanks fitpro. Stuff works good. I've been doing a series of those forearm workouts since the last comment I sent a long while back.

    Thanks bro!

  • im not so sure that this will actually work

  • Did you see the size of this guy's arms? If it didnt work, he would be skinny.
