The Panzer 2 was a lot smaller then most of the other tanks Germany had in ww2. From what I can tell thats prettymuch a 1:1 scale replica. It does look like the aspect ratio was messed up and "squished" the tank lengthwise though.

Eh, it's got a cannon, so it will fire full auto, rather than one shell at a time. Or atleast, that's the type of cannon the Pz II was armed with lol. A gun and a cannon are two different things. A gun fires a large high explosive shell, and it fires one at a time where the gunner has to eject the casing, and put another in. Like todays tanks, the difference being today they have mechanical loaders. A cannon fires several dozen rounds per minute, and they are fairly smal. Like 20 mm. Stil deadly
