awsome man! i got a 81 TA with a 301 in it, it mite not sound like alot but its still gotta lot of power. its a special edition, thy made the 301's so thy wuld be better on gas and thy were made for drag racing. iv been working on it so maybe i can have it fixed before i graduate. just wanted to say nice video
Sweet ride, my first car is an 86 305 tpi trans am. Love it to death. Trans am have a lot of torque. Can't afford all the new muscle cars. If the economy wasn't crap car sales would be much better and kids would be able to afford muscle cars

@JustinheartsTorie its just a rebuilt olds 350 with 11 inche wide rear tires on it, and a 3 speed, i literally just finished it about 3 weeks before this video so it wasn't even broke in
nice car but ya u need some more muscle under the hood throw about 500 bucks into that motor and people would start to respect the whole car instead of just the body style

1979 had an available olds 403 (180hp, 310ft lb). this car seems pretty powerful to me, and at least he didn't take the easy way out and put a chevy 350 in a pontiac.
THANK YOU!!! haha yea i know that 350 olds surprised me when we put it in after gettin it all rebuilt cuz it wasn't that bad as far as speed it got up and went pretty good and the car has stock 2.42 gears so if i put like a 3.73 gear set in it it would be even better yet but thank you i appreciate it when people don't bash my stuff i mean i was 15 when i bought that car and rebuilt the motor and repainted it so i don't think it was that bad but thanks for commentin!!
