@zAFFLiiCTIONz They originally planned to release the new $100 February 2011. Unfortunately, they printed the bills incorrectly back in October and have yet to fix the problem. Many of the bills had sporadic creasing, which ruined them. They have yet to announce a new release date six months in advance. I wish they would just hurry up already!!!!
@biped19 Money is money either way you look at it. The United States will never make it to the point that people have to use ridiculous amounts of money to buy everyday products. There are very wealthy good people in this world believe it or not and they won't let it happen no matter how bad our government wants to force it on us. And the government is not our enemy...we live in the best country on Earth because of our government. Don't like it move to Iraq or Saudi Arabia, and then talk shit.
@zw0ecool I think everyone here would like to see you move overseas. Our government IS NOT the solutions to our problems. They are the problem, the Americans biggest enemy.
@BanGovernment The government is not a person nor does it have a mind. It is bad people that screw things up. How can government be our biggest enemy? Government is just a word. If you think our government is bad then leave. I have no problem with the government. And ur right government is not the solution to our problems nor is it the problem. Don't blame our government if you can't afford to pay your bills that's your problem. Why doesn't Donald Trump worry about bills, bcuz he's rich.
You're starting to give me a headache. You are missing the point my child. Even all of Donald Trumps cash several years from now will not buy a loaf of bread due to reckless spending of the government the China dumping US treasury bonds and cash. Gold serves as a report card for how the US government and the dollar is performing. Our government is too big and needs to downsize or you wish you would be in another country from consequences of a dog eat dog world of a worthless $.
@BanGovernment I have a degree in business, I think I know a little bit about money. You forget it doesn't matter what the hell is up with the money, what matters is the country that we live in. We live in the United States, there is no way in hell that the U.S. is going to go down. We will never be a Third World Country, it just won't happen. Rich people don't worry about bills, you do because you are not rich, get rich and stop crying like a little bitch. If not then leave the U.S.
Of course, you've been tought Keynesian economics. History always shows the failures of people such as yourself. If I had to stoop down to your level of intelligence, I would too hold cash so my net worth would be as low as yours by holding no PMs. A country going from producing and savings to consumption and borrowing will most likely default the currency. Our nation needs engineers, manufacturing, not business degrees and politics. Your kind spreads the disease. Please leave the US.
@BanGovernment Most likely default the currency??? Currency is not money. Money becomes currency when a government takes out the backing of precious metals for it's federal notes. According to all past countries who have used currency, the currency always fails. So yeah I agree that the currency will probably fail, but they want it to. They want to unite Canada, Mexico and U.S. and create a new medium of exchange the Amero. But as far as U.S. becoming a 3rd world country....NOT GONNA HAPPEN!!!
Parts of Detroit and Flint, MI are looking 3rd worldish. If not, 2nd is not out of the question. I believe most rich people are securing their positions with Au and Ag before TSHIF so they can maintain their rich 1st world living status. As far as the rest of the nation, the middle class goes down to the lower poor status. I hope you're right and I'm wrong, but extreme national dept might become more of and upset than one may think. We'll see what happens the next couple of years.
@ShyRobot Financial problems are caused by people themselves. It's not the government, it's not prices...it's people. US citizens are so spoiled that they want their government to fix everything from one day to the next. US people need to become more financially educated and learn how to save and take care of their money. They live beyond their means and then when their in the shithole they blame the government. Prices aren't too high...you just can't afford it.
It's a worthless piece of paper backed by NOTHING, that's why it says "NOTE". It is actually a "DEBT NOTE" and NOT Legal Tender. Every time they print this they are committing a crime against the Constitution and our Congress and President know this.. We have our own printing department called the US Treasury, why not use it & STOP this INSANITY and ABOLISH the Federal Reserve. It is a private bank & is no more Federal than FEDEX. It is IMPOSSIBLE to every pay back the debt with this system.
@BanGovernment If the people accept it, then it is real money. Our government is the reason you live so well. If you don't like it why don't you leave the country and go live in IRAQ. My bro was stationed over there and said when he came back he felt like he was in a dream world, because over there there is absolutely nothing. Stop spending so much money and learn how to take care of your finances. If you're in debt it's your fault no one else's. Rich people don't complain, why do you?
You are assuming. You know what happens when you ASSUME? I do have real money. It's called GOLD and save every ounce of it. Cash is turning to trash. Just look at the dollar index at Kitcodotcom if you don't believe me. We also have a national dept of around $14 trillion which by the way cannot be paid back causing the eventual collaspe of the dollar. I do love my country but hate my government. You must work for them so why don't you leave before doing anymore damages?
U.S. currency used to resemble no other, now it looks like it could have an ugly queen on it or some other dead white chump who thinks he owns people.
All the money and effort spent and the government still won't develop a system to track money, which would curb bank robberies and a myriad of other things. Bar coded notes that were read and tracked could solve many crimes, particularly violent ones. I sent a detailed letter to the Treasury some time ago with the concept. They'd apparently rather chip people than track money.
@hellothere7654 You're thinking with tunnel vision. It would keep old bills out of circ and make robberies and other crimes pointless without leaving a trail and creating a myriad of other crimes to cover up the robbery. That would save tellers' and cashiers' lives as well, but that probably doesn't matter to your either. These new security features are pretty meaningless if you can find your way past that lone tree there buddy.
@hellothere7654 Money, currently, is fungible and totally untraceable. You're not thinking about all the thing marked money could help deter. Go ahead and take that chip in the arm or whatever new "excuse" governement will have to "counter" problems in the future, but you can count me out. The use of a less viable option, on any issue, can only mean one of two things; ignorance or arrogance and an agenda.
@hellothere7654 I'm not totally knocking the new features of the bills; just saying much more could be accomplished by infringing personal liberties much less, plus no RFID anything. Steal a purse or an atm withdrawl or murder someone and take their money, whatever. The possibilkities are pretty out there and I would rather see that then the alternatives governement is working towards.
@hellothere7654 Please don't compare me to a bank contract. Wnat to see how anti-people banks can be, go read the UCC for a few days. My interests are movements that preserve the Constitution and individual rights. Government doesn't even try to not violate the Constsitution these days; I wouldn't mind seeing what quality of life arguably exists in America not being lost. Goverment convolutes unnecessarily.
@hellothere7654 So what's your point; that doesn't make an individual bill's whereabouts or even its chain of possession during its entire useful life determinable by any stretch of the imagination. I don't think you are following the concept I suggested. Imagine a bar code on every bill and readers at banks and ATMs to start, then individual stores, especially high risk. Physical and electronic traceability without even RFID.
2. " Imagine a bar code on every bill and readers at banks and ATMs"? - I can imagine a massive counterfeiting. You know, through computer system, no need of gloves or screwdrivers. Easy, and they can't fix it. Because the system has designed your way. Right?
@hellothere7654 Somebody robs a bank or whatever, the bill gets shut down and is impossible to deposit with, purchase with, anything. That's not even the basics of its utility, but it is a pretty cool concept if you think a while about the possibilities, particularly counterfeitting, violent crimes, etc.
@hellothere7654 It doesn't matter; I sent a detailed concept to the Treasury Department for starters long ago and never even got a reply. Here's the thing, the code, along with the physical features, including current alphanumeric sequencing would practically unequivocably stop counterfeiting. The tracking of the bill itself would preclude artificial bills being introduced UNLESS the real bills met the counterfeit.
@hellothere7654 Its perfect for retiring old money as well and that isn't what the inspiration for the concept even is. I had the normal, poor people that are affected by the fallout of greed, like shot bank tellers, convenience store cashiers, and ATM withdrawees in mind. Maybe that isn't a priority though. Reading about some pregnant lady bank teller's baby getting shot isn't real high on my list of preferences.
@DR0Z4RT not all money printed up replaces old money. @simsohi Yeah, you want that job huh?. Trust me, they are being watched like a hawk. They anit taking nothing. If they take something, they will probably whine up missing like Jimmy Hoffa.
Ironic that the worst counterfeiter in history (The Fed) spends umpteen millions developing currency that is harder for non-Fed counterfeiters to produce.
Like Rockefeller said decades ago, "Competition is a sin".
@ryen1992 Don't be an idiot. The dollar was doomed after the Federal Reserve began operation almost 100 years ago. It isn't a "Liberal" or "Conservative" argument. They BOTH been involved in inflation and debasement of the currency.
Obama is a puppet. Bush was/is a puppet. Clinton, Daddy Bush, Raygun, Carter... go back as far as Taft if you want. They are all puppets for the elite.
I love it when the White House says that we are in a recession, but they still have enough money to make new money (it takes money to make money?). The last time that I had a $100.00USD in my hand was back in 2008, for real, no joke.
@pvtjamesryan3 Have you ever been to a different country. This is what all other countries money look like for years now (monopoly money), the US & federal reserve are playing catch with the rest of the world now.
A blonde named Barbara appeared on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire...

Barbara: "Sure I'll have a go."

@thekiller678 haha ok, way to hate on youtube, your a tough guy with your keyboard i'll give ya that, sorry if I shriveled your man-gina but the truth is we have a fiat currency system not backed by intrinsic value but rather dept, the current U.S. deficit is 1.4 trillion, the FED is devaluing the currency by printing more and more without any oversight.

Ironic that the worst counterfeiter in history (The Fed) spends umpteen millions developing currency that is harder for non-Fed counterfeiters to produce.
Like Rockefeller said decades ago, "Competition is a sin".

@ryen1992 I'm so broke, the bank asked for their calendar back.
I'm so broke, long distance companies don't even call me to switch!
If I stopped on a dime, I'd probably owe it to someone.
I ain't broke, but I'm severely bent.
Someone saw me kicking a can down the street, and when asked what I was doing I said, "Moving."
I'm so broke I can't afford to pay attention!

I wonder if they give out free samples. They can pay their employees cash from the conveyor belt.

I'm so broke, I go to KFC and lick other peoples fingers.
I'm so broke me and my girlfriend got married for the rice.
I'm so broke, if a trip around the world cost a nickel, I wouldn't have enough to leave the couch!
I'm so broke that I just went into McDonald's and put a small fry on layaway.
If pickles were 10 cents a truckload I couldn't buy a wart off a cucumber!
I'm so broke, just to rub two nickels together, I'd have to borrow one.

I love it when the White House says that we are in a recession, but they still have enough money to make new money (it takes money to make money?). The last time that I had a $100.00USD in my hand was back in 2008, for real, no joke.

Looks more and more like Monopoly money...
In reality, it's just as worthless.
pvtjamesryan3 1 year ago
@pvtjamesryan3 Have you ever been to a different country. This is what all other countries money look like for years now (monopoly money), the US & federal reserve are playing catch with the rest of the world now.

A blonde named Barbara appeared on Who Wants To Be A Millionaire...
Regis: "Barbara, you've done very well so far - $500,000 and one lifeline left. The next question will give you the million dollars if you get it right ... but if you get it wrong you will drop back to $32,000 -- are you ready?"
Barbara: "Sure I'll have a go."
Regis: "Which of the following birds does not build it's own nest? Is it...

@thekiller678 haha ok, way to hate on youtube, your a tough guy with your keyboard i'll give ya that, sorry if I shriveled your man-gina but the truth is we have a fiat currency system not backed by intrinsic value but rather dept, the current U.S. deficit is 1.4 trillion, the FED is devaluing the currency by printing more and more without any oversight.
so stop acting all piss and vinegar on youtube, know one likes a hater

@the3AMgenius Considering you don't even know how to use the correct form of "you're" it's hard to take your insults seriously.
