these days, i listen to subtle k indies, the killers, mark ronson, foo fighters, classical, really really random hahaha. I'm not picky with music, just need some background music when I'm aimlessly browsing thru internet or wanna daydream :)
@Magicprincess9000 not finally. there are hundreds of korean indie bands.. always have existed..even in one very small spot in Seoul called Hongdae, there are over 300 bands.
@erahahaha Really? Maybe I have been seeking in the wrong places.....But its really good to know that K-Indie scene is well and alive....Dont get me wrong some of their mainstream stuff is pretty cool but when its just that I just get tired of the predictability...I want to see more Koreans realy really rocking out......
@Magicprincess9000 Don't get me wrong, I'm korean and I stopped listening to our mainstream music in grade 5. boring, plain. I don't like k-indie that much either it used to be quite original but not anymore, maybe. but oh well. :) it will get better and better eventually :P
@erahahaha I see where you are coming from...I think real music geeks they expect more than the predictable fabricated stuff that bombards your ears on a day to day basis...For me all through elementary middle and high school I was all into the Korean boybands and what not but after a lil while it gets too predictable and I lose interest.......
@Magicprincess9000 nah :P im not a real music geek LOL they'll get insulted if they knew what kind of person i was! i just like what I like and its just that kpop happens not to be the kind of music I like :) I like korean songs up to early 00s.
