You picked a pretty funny one considering all the rest are actually parodies. That's "Truck Drivin' Song," an original song he did in the style of country truck driving songs.
These songs are among my favorite and thought people would think they were funny in the presentation ;) They are also songs that are easy to find pics to.
I think also that they are songs that people know or will like in first listen :) out of all his songs, I have tons of personal favorites though :P
From Answers com ->"The Weird Al Show was a short-lived television show starring "Weird Al" Yankovic. Produced in association with Dick Clark Productions, it aired Saturday mornings on the CBS TV network from September to December 1997."
I want to say, the Truck Drivin' Song has always sounded to me like it was someone else, then I did a little research, and it is from his album "Running with scissors"! :)
Yes,I do get permission from the original songwriters. While the law supports my ability to parody without permission, it's very important to me to try to maintain the relationships I've built with artists and writers over the years. Thankfully, most artists seem genuinely flattered to get the"Weird Al treatment."Some groups (including Nirvana) have publicly stated that they didn't realize that they had really"made it"until they heard my parody!
i went to common grounds for his concert in lansing michigan in 2007 and it showed like two of his episodes.Pretty funny. All he does is talk to them and stuff. the two episodes were of Jessica Simpson and Em&Em.

looool, I had to laugh so much when I heard the George Harrison's song parody "This song is just six words long" cause before that I was stoned and listened to the original and I thought "Is that song repeats one sentence for the last hours or I am soooo stoned", it was a relief when I heard Al Yankovic' song, it was really repeating one and the same.. A greats music, anyway!
Ég trúði varla mínum eigin augum þegar ég sá "Takk fyrir mig" í lokin! þú ert íslensk! Yay fyrir annan íslenskan Weird Al fan! =D Og flott lagaval XD En hvað heitir þarna allra síðasta lagið? =P
. . Öhm, ég er ekkert mikið í að sækja lögin hans. Fer bara hingað til að hlusta =P
