The employees might get pissed off that they are cone-ing the ice cream, but they shouldn't be shoving the ice cream in the customers face, throwing the ice cream at the customers car, or refusing to give it to them after they already paid for it. If the customer already paid for it then they can do whatever they want with their ice cream. Yeah the employee might get annoyed, but how the customer is grabbing it doesn't effect the employee. That is only unless the customer didn't pay for it.
