If you are going to tackle our Trent head on, I think a lower angle would be better approach.  I would try to wrap the upper legs and make sure your shoulder pads are lower than his, which is difficult for a tall person.. He is the type that you have to tackle with correct technique or the result will be busted tackles.

This guy tried to tackle his chest and paid the price.
