I was really upset because they are one of my favorite bands ever, but nearly getting trampled to death didn't seem worth it.

I was pretty wrecked by the time MGMT went on! All I know is that we wandered into the tent a few songs in which apparently was a good thing because a bunch of people we knew didnt care for the first few songs and ended up leaving... This set got SO much better after the first 4 songs. It was also the best glowstick throwing I had seen until Phish on Sunday. Such a great time, People judged way to quickly and yea I know at 3AM who wants to wait for something good.

I can't believe I missed MGMT, I stood outside for the first 2 songs, but I couldn't see nor hear anything; so we decided to leave. But I did get to hear Kids on the way back to my campsite. This song was definitely the loudest, the rest needed some work from the sound guy.

my wife and i completely agree!!! the sound guy needed shot....no bass....too quiet. probably the biggest hyped....and yet biggest let down. kids was the only good song, but too little too late.

bonnaroo was by far the greatest experience of my life. to anybody who hasnt yet been i highly recommend it. MGMT put on such a good show and this song kicked ass but definitely not as good as electric feel

there has been a string of shitty shows at the roo however 09 can be debated as one of the best, the headliners, were hardly the headliners (not that they didn't rip it up to) but the late night acts and inbetweens were just awesome!

oh this show. i was SO TIRED, really pissed bc i ate what turned out to be FAKE acid, i was about 8 or 9 rows back for a while but couldn't see and was just too exhausted to continue, so i had to find my way out and sit down somewhere. but man they started playing electric feel and i was on my feet dancing! and they played freaking voices carry!!!!!!!!!!! i was like HELL YEAH! but i was SO TIRED MAN, i couldn't enjoy it as much as i would have liked :(
