It doesn't matter why he pushed his head down the fact is he did it, and you admitted it. Seconly Weis ducked slightly. If Weis had stood straight with his 7'2" frame Carter wouldn't have clearly, but since Weis got his head pushed down, and duck slightly he was reduced to being what I guess would be about 6'7" off the ground.
