@basicstories The short film is amusing and not 'fail' as you unfairly and over critically put it. There are many examples of Superman solving problems just as small as this, and they were taking advantage of the absurdity to create a parody. You shouldn't be so quick to dismiss something.

Still, considering that you're mocking him for his worldly ignorance, it's a bit silly to claim that the Hutus are in Darfur. They're in Rwanda, not Sudan. There aren't Hutus in Darfur. Different places, different genocides.
