I use Neenah cardstock and find that bleeding through on the back is minimal, though you could of course double up with a mat of the same size and colour card adhered to the back, especially if you want to cut it out for a pop up. Depends what card/paper you are using - most alcohol ink pens will show a little on the underneath - but usually you would mount this onto your card stock soif the colour shows through a little it doesn't matter.
