you said that they have to be at least 45 seconds but i made a video thats 43 and they quailty is awsome and i changed the fps to 59.94 and put it in 1280 by 720 and i got epic settings check them out

@xHJM To save a template, one you have your settings to your liking. Go to the top right hand corner of the page and there will be a little floppy disc sign. click on it and then name it to what you want :)

@IORproductions that happened with my old cap card, if you separate the audio from the video, then find a distinct point where there is a gunshot or something, find the point of the muzzleflash starting and the audio of the gunshot and fine tune it to the best looking place. Manually is the only way i know of at the moment.

Another way to make the clip widescreen is to right click on it, go to switches, then uncheck "Keep Aspect Ratio" (or something along those lines.) Thanks though Perry, trying this now on my latest commentary.

I used the settings, and the picture quality is fine, so thanks! :) However, the sound, after uploading is really bad and almost inaudible. I have noticed that in vegas, on your audio track, the peaks are repeated twice, one set above and an identicle one below, on my vegas, I have peaks above, but it is not duplicated below, it is simply a line. Do you know why it is doing this, or how I can fix it?

They're far from the same as well, 6 Megabytes per second is 8 times faster than 6 Megabits per second.

i upload video quality tests all the time and they are all less than 20 seconds and i always get high quality test so if you dont get HQ you are doing something wrong

Get sony vegas 9. If you have a slower pc. It runs the video at higher frame rate. And vegas 9 and 8 or almost identical...9 has a few more features.
