I found some speed in that last long left hander by just being real smooth on the throttle. If you trust your tires and handle the throttle with care, you can go full lean and carry alot more speed. I was passing alot of folks in that section. You can probably gain a few seconds by staying off the brakes until you come down on the apron after the front stretch. Thats the section I'll be working on next time. The jolt takes some getting used to. I agree on the hard transitions.

I guess this was from the weekend of the 7th-8th of Aug. 2009. I was down there on the 7th, it was pretty cool, not sure if when I will do it again.
