Google Apps support options

i had many problems with getting any kind of help any kind ... google is a great search ingine but that all i can say .. if you need or have any questines for any help .. the suck at it ... at lest with yahoo .. if you need any help questine or anything .. it may take a day or two but there on it ... i had bought a mobile smart phone that is threw google and no luck with any questine answer ... what do you poeple do ??? .. couse your poeple skills suck

the help is crap. imagine they double charge your credit card for an extra 1k, then you have no # to call to talk to billing support. Search the net - there are people all over having problems just like that. Unacceptable

I'm confused! I have a gmail acc. and I use docs and calendar. Is that the same as Google apps?  ...it looks the same? What am I missing here?
