It's funny (especially the noise he makes after posing the rhetorical question), but unfortunately also VERY SERIOUSLY correct.

That's why when you decide to carry, it's more important to know when NOT to shoot rather than when to shoot.

Firing a warning shot qualifies as "when NOT to shoot."

Good stuff! I read his articles all the time in Combat Handguns. Him being of Arab nationality I wonder if he faced trouble from his peers in the firearms circle.

@leroy592 He's the son of an immigrant who had to use guns to protect his jewelry shop, which is why he studied all this stuff. As far as I know, he was born in the USA and he's as American as apple pie, just look at him!
