  • Mike. I got chicks at my local bar feeling on me all night because of my muscle results.

    I kept off the soda and replaced with sugarless ice tea.Also no french fries, rice, or mcdonalds.

    Junk food once a week and my beer of choice Bud Light Lime. only 8 grams of carbs.

    I am finally not afraid to do this workout.Still hard to lose belly fat but i see changes.

    I only skip wed and Saturdays instead of every other week. thanks mate.

  • If you are moving your ass and sweating for at least 30 minutes a day, and aren't eating sugar or saturated fat or white flour, consistently for 2 or 3 months: then it may be metabolism keeping you from getting abs. This never happens though, everyone that blames fat guts on metabolism either eats way too many calories or doesn't get enough REAL exercise consistently.

  • @flotech66 False—it all depends on metabolism and body type. Rafael Nadal is known to regularly eat McDonalds and no one can deny he's ripped, agile and athletic. Same goes for some basketball players (D-Wade and Lebron James come to mind.) I can agree junk food or high calorie intake is best avoided, but you can't make that kind of sweeping generalization.

  • @remnant24 i agree that metabolism is important, but i am sure that you will agree with me that the common people don't train hard like Rafael Nadal or Lebron James and don't have that kind of system that keep them on high fitness even if they do eat some junk sometimes.they both surrounded by a very professional doctors or what ever that can always bring them back to the right way.better to just avoid it.

  • @zeroldem85 there are many guys in my gym much more ripped and better looking than mike, and No they dont use steroids.

    i also got great results myself Without mike's working plan, i follow a different plan and i gained about 7 kilos in 5 months, my arms,chest and back are MUCH bigger than before and my abs are still visible, so i became much bigger and didnt really gain fat.

    fat loss is as easy as doing cardio and eathing healthy, you dont even need special programs like this :)

  • Yo mike the week 5 video is up, this one includes my stretchout warm up, a little what i do with weight max 25 pounds, and my sword fighting routine I incorperated a lot of kicks into it now, 5 weeks now without pain from all of my physical disabilities. Dude i think im actually gonna make a recovery from my military service, Check it out tell me what you think I need any advice you could give me where i can make improvements. the weightloss total is now 26 pounds in the 5 weeks 46 pounds total.

  • Yo mike its the disabled war vet again, check out my week4 vids guys Fluid in Motion Fitness Ive lost 24 pounds in the last month and my orthopedic Doctor was astounded with the improvements not only with my back but my overall fitness. After 2 years old excrutiating pain, struggling just to get out of bed every morning, arthritus in my neck back and arm, knee problems shin problems elbow problems, etc. I though i would never be able to play with my children again, Ive had no pain in 4 weeks.

  • @vPindzvinCwalk sweating is good. A sign that your body is working. It also means that you are dehydrating yourself. So drink water before and after this work out.

  • boy and girls the exsersize in 7:00 - 7:30 is bad if you are under 18 couse you will stop growing and your back will hurt

  • @BLUEICE542 That's stupid, you should eat 5 times a day (it increases your metabolism), although obviously your portion sizes need to be monitored. If you are going to eat one meal a day you should eat breakfast, although that is probably the worst strategy for losing weight!!

  • @BLUEICE542 go to his playlist to home workouts&exercises and find those videos which have names like fat loss or belly fat destroyer(there are abt 5 videos including the m-100. dont choose those wif names like rib abs,insane ab exercise(it'll only build muscle nt burn fat) , them watch all those videos and jot down all the exercises,reps and sets and watever important, then combine all the exercise together (and eliminate those exercises that're repeated)do the combined exercise whenever u wish

I wouldnt recommend weights b/c ur still growing but do it dude I was chubby at 13 and i exercised and now I lost some baby fat plus what I did helped me now I look alright

But I do have a gym membership, I eat decently if sparingly on food stamps, and though I used to workout in the 80s, I'm noting EVERY variation you offer in your videos.
