The AR thought this happened, and also that the ball wasnt on the corner 4th circle when the guy took it to cross it. He didnt think about (or wasnt paying attention) when Rooney actually started the corner by placing the ball and rolling it off the circle. The goal should be allowed and its a properly, cleverly taken corner kick. Bad AR not paying attention.
