I have a easy good trick to learn zodiac, just learn the MP Switch skill of time mage, shell of priest and if you like, raise and the MagicDefUP of priest with the summoner and set them, put Worker 8 in the battle (magics won't affect him), put a chemist with hi ether, and Ramza with guts to make yell on the summoner, in the battle attack only with worker 8 and Orlandu, the summoner must be nearest to Elidibs, before he cast Zodiac on the summoner put shell on him

Well, this is the PSX version, not the PSP.
If you really are before this fight, you are on the world map, so you are not stuck.
But, I think you actually are just before Altima. In other words, you saved after the point of no return. Thus, you can't go back.

As far as I know, it should work.
To learn Zodiac you gotta be damaged, and 0 doesn't work, 1 does. Also MP Switch (Mana shield?) works.
Not that it doesn't work on Multiplayer since Math Skill is banned from it.

Not really... Enemies level are your highest level - 0..6 (random), so, you can meet level 95 or so guys.
Your Calc gets hit... so you should wear a Chamaleon Robe or a Excalibur, so that you'll get healed by the Holy.

They kept Math Skill and Critical Quick unchanged... so it might be still around... :P
Though, you can't use Math Skill on multiplayer.

Nope, I did not learn Zodiac. This video was just a demonstration on how a cheap strategy can take over any field on FFT.
And no, Ultima is not stronger than Zodiac. It's weaker than the Black Magic spells Fire 3, Ice 3 and Bolt 3.
