HOW TO GODDAMN ADD CHARS

Download a character you want, then you'll have to put the character in your characters folder (they need extracted so you need winrar). Search for a .def file within that characters folder that you just downloaded, you have to copy that name exactly as it is into your select.def file which will be in the data folder, then your character should appear when you start mugen up. If it hasn't shown up, it could be because you haven't named it exactly as it should be or it's a broken character.

after that push function buttons to see what happens.

for max speed up movment hold ctrl+alt then press S one time then press F two times.

recomended use for training or whatch mode because cpu will own you on any other mode.

This mugen takes both hi res and low res characters if you dont know what that means take it this way hi res (ps2 graphics) low res (ps1 graphics) i noticed when you put low res characters in this mugen they are unbeatable you cant even touch them i had to take all mine off and replace with hi res ppl

Stupid download link ask us to wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait and wait but theres a problem there are few characters that you cant put in there are old version characters and new version characters. Thats the biggest problem for some people who cant install the characters into their mugen 2002 i tired to install some characters but all failed the def file and the main folder of the character must be the same or else it cant work. and some download link are fake beware
