** correction i have asimilar animal cage and i placed it down like you did in here and i noticed there is a small gap at the bottom which a small breeze could pass thru causing the spinning but unless your tricking us by blowing inside(which i know your not) id still say that is the energy and this isnt easliy explaned cya (mindfreaK)
