I was expecting a pharmaceutical advert from the APA.

Also I was impressed by the sell for structured interviews. The APA's DSM is atheoretical but if it is going to be used then do it correctly.

Better still to acknowledge that there are no identifieable bio-structural characteristics used to diagnose this problem.

Why don't the APA butt out and leave it to the psychologists?
