actually, the figures in there aren't really that bad in terms of value. Killer Moth probably sells as well as that Batman, and the new Luthor in the pack sells as well as the two-pack Luthor.

I see this all the time here in Antioch, CA. The walmart has two of the 5 packs and both are missing lex luthor, they're not even replaced they're just gone! Also on there are many wave 10 toys missing their Imperiex limbs.

well at my k mart (not walmart i know) they ripped me off i bought to voyager tfs, the shelves said they cost 21.99 but wen i buy them the receipt says they cost 24.99 and they were under robot heroes battle set I was like wtf this is a voyager not robot heroes fuken k-mart

It not always walmart its the place they get them from :3 cause walmart don't box them up they just get them in a box and pulls them out of the box and just stocks them its the factory or who ever sent them did it

WOW...In walmart I always find broken, beat down, opened, and torn boxes, and every time I ask for a discount, they say, there has to be somthing wrong with the toy, not the box. Thats BS! The box is what keeps its value

I know what you mean. A few months ago, I found a six pack of 6-inch DC figures 'Defender of Oa' with Guy Gardner, Hal Jordan, and John Stewart. However those were replaced with 3 old GI Joe figures 2 were scuba gear Shipwreck and Storm Shadow. Apparently those DC Chars. were stolen.

That totally sucked.
