  • Does it taste very much like protein powder? I hate the taste of whey protein and have to chug my protein shakes down.......if it didn't taste to much like it this would be a good idea. Oh and by the way the best and only banana bread recipe I use also adds 1 cup plain nonfat greek yogurt for a nice moist bread (you can't taste the yogurt at all) and it adds even more protein to it!

  • @aeferch No its actually very good. Great call on the Greek yogurt.

  • itll taste better if you let the bananas ripen up more.. it gives it more nature sweetness that way less sugar will be needed

  • Yes that's pretty close. I think on our original recipe it was about 1.5 inch slice, but that's pretty close. Not everyone likes banana bread, but if you are a person who does you will like this one.  Let us know what you want to see next.

  • yeah and FYI baking can be a tricking thing till you get the hang of it. Foods cook at different speeds and temperatures depending on your altitude as well.

  • Yes we do. the shipping is a little pricey, but most have told us the overall pricing is comparable to buying in an average health food store.

  • Hey man I just finished off a pound of your unflavored whey. It mixed well with almost anything but I'm wondering how long it will take to gain mass because I haven't gained much weight since.

  • Gaining mass will take time. Hard-gainers may only see 5 lbs per year if they are doing everything perfect, and Mesomorphs could see 5 lbs per month at times. You should come up to our forum so we can get into the details of your training and diet and get you some results

  • Yeah, it matters. We film this video in Idaho which has an average elevation about 3000 ft above sea level. So we cook a little hotter up there. 350 is the average that works most anywhere. Start at 350, and if you need to bump it up a little feel free.

  • I like to bake with whey protein too! Great recipe! I have only one question I'm concerned about...does the heat from baking damage the whey protein at all or make it less effective?

  • We get this all the time. IMO no! Also based on a lot of reading. If you completely burn it then yes you will alter the protein, but with normal cooking you will still get full advantage of the whey protein. Think about it.... if cooking protein made it ineffective... what good would eating steak, or eggs, or chicken do??

  • You don't. I have shakes all the time with my lunch. Remember, whey protein is food. So treat it like any other protein sources you would eat.

  • You should end up with a 4" X 1.5" slice. Cat across the width of the pan and not the length.

  • This is somewhat off topic to this vid but if I buy from this site should I start off with a 1lb whey protein to see how it is and also what flavor do you recomend?

  • No, start with a 5lb. it's a way better deal for your dollar. Choc has become our number 1 seller. I personally mostly use the Pure Whey because I like to mix it in many of the foods I eat. But if you like chocolate milk or strawberry milk, then go for one of the flavors. So far people have been going crazy over our flavors and giving a lot of great reviews.

  • The nice thing about the pure is that it can be any flavor you want it to be. You can throw it into your choc milk, or OJ or grape juice and it will take on the flavor of the liquid you are putting it into! Thanks for coming on board!   • Delicious bro, I acyuaslly had many of the ingredients (sent my sister out for whole wheat flour) and prepped this no time, still havent eaten it though I like it cold
