ye there was a fly be in edinburgh that was taxing after landing that got stuck behind other aircraft so it turned both of its propelers off

a few weeks ago  it was still able to move but the props werent spining

but the props dont have 2 be spining for them to move

I just came back from a flight on a flybe dash 8 Q400 prop and we were we moving with both props on...

It's quite common to taxi on one engine only. Saves fuel
