Obama accuses Bush of forcing troops to watch Fox News

Wouldn't surprise me at all if the military naturally gravitated towards Fox News, because the channel is fiercely patriotic and it wouldn't make much sense to fight for your country if you weren't patriotic.

The problem with Fox though is that it's so one-sided and so subjective in its views, that the channel comes across as bat-shit crazy. I like my news to be as objective as possible, and Fox simply cannot deliver in that regard.

Let me tell you what made me come to this video. I work MI for the US army and had never thought anything about fox always being on the TV. But, one day we decided to watch CNN because we were tired of the stupid shit fox says, like "terrorist fist jab" (look it up). Anyway, ten minutes later we get a phone call from god knows who ordering us to turn it back to fox if we want to watch the news. So, I googled it and ended up here. Maybe now that obama is in office we'll only get to watch cnn...

No, the DOD did not tell Obama he could not visit the wounded. The Pentagon told Sen. Obama he could not hold a political event in the hospital. Sen. Obama could have visited the soldiers without the presence of the media. Yet, Obama, faced with the choice between visiting wounded soldiers and jogging for the cameras, chose to jog for the cameras.

And then what? Tap the phones of the executive producers and use their private conversations as leverage to blackmail FoxNews into airing only favorable coverage.
